How quickly will my tours be online?Virtual Tours are typically processed within 24 hours of being photographed. There may be a delay if your tour is shot over a weekend period.
-
Are your tours MLS compliant?Yes. We offer multiple viewing formats for each virtual tour. The different formats are viewable by clicking on unique links that we can provide. Each type of tour has a varying degree of feature restriction so as to allow you to use the tour with the most features while still meeting the requirements of your local MLS.
-
Can my tours and property sites go on the MLS?Each time we create a virtual tour or a property website, Photours Media will automatically make both a branded and a non-branded version for you. The non-branded version of the virtual tour will be placed on the MLS by you the agent. In some cases Photours Media has an automated feed established with the MLS board and we can post it on your behalf by simply pressing a button. However in many cases, the MLS board will not technologically support a feed so you will need to log into your MLS system and copy and paste the non-branded URL of the virtual tour. Once the virtual tour or property site is on the MLS it will automatically distribute out to all of the national real estate portal sites such as Zillow, Movoto, Homes.com Trulia, Realtor.com, and others. Once on these portal sites, Photours Media is able to inject the branded version of the tour onto the national portal site for you. With Photours Media there is no need for you the agent to login to each national portal to add the link to the branded production.

Can agents post branded/unbranded tours to Realtor.com?Yes! Today, Realtor.com gets the virtual tour links from the MLS in the vast majority of cases. As long as the agent puts the link into the MLS, the tour will make it to Realtor.com. That link will, of course, be the unbranded link. However, inbound links from Realtor.com automatically upgrades it to the branded tour. This will ensure that your customers will continue to receive the benefit of the branded experience they are used to without interruptions. For agents in areas where the MLS doesn’t share the virtual tour links with Realtor.com, the agents can add the links themselves via the Realsuite℠dashboard on Realtor.com.
